It is OPEN ENROLLMENT time again for City of Quincy Retirees and Employees from April 8th until May 9th. All changes are effective July 1, 2011.
This is the time of year when you can make changes to your health care benefits. If you do not want to maker any changes, you do not need to do anything, you r benefits will remain the same.
